uNITED WE THRIVE

OUR CORE VALUES

Excellence Through Process:

Unity is a results-driven club—but we define results in more than just wins. We value growth in character, effort, and mindset. Athletes are supported to set personal goals, work hard, and take risks in a positive, learning-centered environment.

Development Beyond the Game:

Our coaches create safe, encouraging spaces where players are not only taught technique and tactics, but also life skills like perseverance, accountability, and self-confidence.

Relationships & Belonging:

Unity is a family. We emphasize building lifelong relationships, strong team bonds, and mutual respect across all levels of the club.

High Expectations, High Support:

Parents are investing in more than just a program—they’re investing in a journey. That’s why we commit to delivering excellence in communication, transparency, and program quality, ensuring all members—athletes, parents, coaches, and volunteers—feel valued and heard.

Why We’re Committed to Community

As a not-for-profit organization, Unity Volleyball is deeply rooted in community engagement. We believe in giving back—through school outreach, youth clinics, and mentorship opportunities. Our athletes don’t just train to compete; they learn to lead and uplift others.

In the Words of Our Executive Director

“Parents are investing in a service and, as such, are entitled to expect a high standard of deliverables. It is Unity’s obligation to meet and exceed expectations. Communication is the foundation of any successful organization.”

Daniel Shermer, Executive Director
