Advanced Academy Training is part of Unity’s Athlete Development Pathway, designed to give athletes the skills, confidence, and game sense they need to reach the next level of play.

This twice-weekly program focuses on high-repetition skill work, technical feedback, and guided gameplay, giving athletes the individual attention and court time they often miss in team practices.

Who It’s For

• Girls in Grades 6–8 who are ready to move beyond basic training
• Athletes looking to sharpen their fundamentals and improve consistency
• Players interested in preparing for competitive play or future Rep/Select opportunities
