Essential Requirements

〉 Valid Police Background Check.
Preferred Qualifications
〉 Volleyball coaching certification (Volleyball
Canada).
〉 Previous coaching experience at club or school
level.
〉 Competitive volleyball playing experience.
〉 First Aid/CPR certification.
〉 Bilingual abilities (English/French).
〉 Post-secondary education in related field.

Initial Screening
Our team will review your application and conduct a preliminary phone or video interview to discuss your experience and coaching philosophy.
Practical Assessment
Participate in a practical coaching session where you'll demonstrate your coaching skills and interaction with athletes.
Background Check
Complete the required background check and provide any additional documentation needed for your coaching position.
Welcome & Orientation
Join the Unity team with a comprehensive orientation covering our programs, policies, and coaching standards.
