Created and led by Neil Mason, the program is a boutique training environment focused on one thing: helping athletes reach their full potential through individual attention and long-term development. This is not a factory model—it’s personalized, thoughtful, and built around each athlete’s journey.

Initial Court Evaluation
Every athlete begins with a one-on-one session to assess skills, strengths, and areas for growth

Goal Setting Meeting
Together, athlete and coach define clear goals tailored to the athlete’s long-term pathway

Training Sessions
Athletes train twice weekly in small groups for focused, high-rep drills, tactical awareness, and skill refinement.

In-House Gameplay
Weekly gameplay situations to apply learned skills in a competitive setting

With over 20 years of experience, he has developed a proven system for building complete athletes who are technically sound, mentally tough, and physically prepared for the demands of elite competition. His philosophy combines science-based training with the belief that great athletes are made through patience, discipline, and personalized attention.
