Many young athletes feel stuck — not because they lack potential, but because they don’t get enough focused reps to truly grow. In many club settings, practices prioritize team systems over individual development. Coaches are stretched thin, and opportunities to train outside an assigned position can be rare or even discouraged.

SDS are specialized training sessions focused on individual skill development through high-repetition drills, technical feedback, and opportunities to explore new positions. Unlike typical team practices, these sessions prioritize personal growth over team systems.

No! While SDS are perfect for athletes already on teams, they’re also open to dedicated players looking for extra development.

SDS are designed for athletes Grades 6–12, from intermediate to advanced levels. Sessions are grouped by age and ability to ensure each athlete trains at an appropriate pace.

Each session includes:

✅ Dynamic warm-up

✅ Position-specific and all-skills drills

✅ High-rep, game-like scenarios

✅ Immediate, actionable feedback from experienced coaches

SDS sessions take place at Unity’s Markham and Woodbridge training locations. Specific details are provided upon registration.
