Select Teams are for advanced athletes (Intermediate & Competitive Levels) committed to rigorous training and high-level competition.

This program give athletes an opportunity to train and play in an environment that goes beyond traditional once a week skill development and house league programs, focusing on tactical gameplay, team dynamics, and tournament play from October to May. Athletes are placed in TEAMS or TRAINING GROUPS where coaches can isolate and develop essential volleyball skills and give athletes the opportunity to apply those skills in a more competitive setting, but keep playing LOCALLY!
