Here at Unity Volleyball Club, we take great pride in the coaches we select for our athletes. We believe that our athletes are the future of, not only volleyball but, our society. That is why we take a person-first approach and prioritize creating well-rounded people through our commUNITY. This could not be achieved without our amazing coaches. We value the time and commitment our coaches dedicate to our club members and have a variety of volunteer and paid positions available.

Grassroots Coaches: Coaches in our grassroots program will be working with some of the youngest athletes in our club! In this program, coaches are responsible for teaching athletes the fundamentals of volleyball, promoting physical literacy and ultimately, having fun! This program is where many of our rep athletes began their journey with volleyball and where their love for the sport originated. 

League Coaches: Coaches in our league program will be working with athletes who may have already developed a love for the game and have some skill. These athletes are looking to improve their volleyball skills but have a big emphasis on game play and competition. League coaches may be assigned a team at the beginning of the session to work with each week. These coaches are crucial in building a team-positive atmosphere and facing adversities through wins and losses. 

Rep Coaches: Coaches in our rep program will be working with athletes who are serious about improving and competing at a high level. These athletes have practice at least 2-3x times per week on the court and tournaments throughout the season. Rep coaches play an important role in the growth and development of our club's high level athletes. We have head coaching and assistant coaching positions available. 

Playing and coaching experience is an asset. We will do our best to find athletes and coaching mentors that suit your level while still helping you to grow and develop as a coach.
