Get ready to play, grow, and compete in Unity’s Select Girls House League—a game-based evening program designed for athletes looking to apply their training in a fun, structured, and competitive environment. This league is perfect for beginner to intermediate players currently enrolled in Select Training. Each week, athletes will participate in coached match play, team rotations, and game-time scenarios that build confidence, court awareness, and teamwork.

Train & Compete

Evening program for beginner to intermediate athletes.

Looking to build skills, grow confidence, and enjoy real gameplay? Select Train & Compete offers the perfect balance of focused training and in-house competition. Designed for athletes with basic to moderate volleyball experience, this program delivers high-repetition drills, structured practices, and game play that reinforces learning and team development.

Led by experienced coaches, each session supports individual progress while creating a fun and supportive group atmosphere. Whether preparing for school teams, future Select opportunities, or simply looking to improve, this program sets athletes up for success—on and off the court.

No tryout required. Just sign up, show up, and play.
