Select Teams are for advanced athletes (Intermediate & Competitive Levels) committed to rigorous training and high-level local competition.

This program give athletes an opportunity to train and compete in an environment that goes beyond traditional once a week skill development and house league programs. The Select Team program focusses on high-repetition skill development tactical gameplay and team dynamics.

We offer tournament and league play from October to May. Athletes are trained in a multi-team training environment where coaches can isolate and develop essential volleyball skills and give players the opportunity to apply those skills in a more competitive competitions. Our Select Team programs are local within GTA and York region!
